That's a really great portrait of Don, one of the best I've seen actually. Great symbolism here! A man standing calmly in a life that is burning down around him.

If i have one critique, I would say that lamp on the desk is a little distracting. I feel like just solid image of his outline would be more powerful, those lamps kinda draw my eye a bit too much.
