At first glance, what I liked most about this piece was that the design of the armors encouraged the viewer (me) to speculate upon the plausibility of these 2 characters being somewhat machines, cyborgs.
Then, on later views, the rendition of both postures got gradually so lifelike, that the slight possibility that both hardwares were animated with top notch robotics. The kind that's able to emulate human emotions (pride in a job well done, defiance etc) on top of strict balance mechanics - both still & in motion.
Upon exiting this mental journey, I was kinda disappointed when I realized bubbly Number9 weren't to jump onto my lap within seconds: I wasn't to be gratified her warm Borg embrace anytime soon...
